The Kuffler Gruppe is a privately managed hospitality company with individual restaurants, Kufflers Weinzelt at the Oktoberfest, and the Hotel München Palace. Based in München, Kufflers operates several individual restaurants in Frankfurt and München. Furthermore, the 5-star Hotel München Palace, the Oktoberfest tent Kufflers Weinzelt, Kuffler Catering, and an interior design office (Kuffler Inn Design) belong to the company.

For the restaurant Haxnbauer, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager (m/f/d), or alternatively a Head Waiter (m/f/d), at the earliest possible date.

Your profile:

• A successfully completed training in the hotel industry as well as sound experience in upscale hospitality/gastronomy

• Very good English skills

• Responsibility for fast and courteous guest service
• Participation in the planning of special events
• Control and professional handling of F&B products and work equipment
• Advising our demanding, international guests
• Taking reservations
• Team leadership and duty roster planning
• Co-responsibility for the optimization of internal processes in the F&B area
• Waiter billing
