BARTENDER

Your tasks

We’re looking for a full-time bartender to run our bar, make great drinks, and give every guest a memorable experience.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks with our recipes and standards
• Recommend drinks to guests and explain the menu with confidence
• Keep the bar clean, stocked and organised throughout service
• Handle opening and closing duties, including bar setup
• Track stock levels and help with ordering and inventory counts
• Follow food safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service practices
• Contribute ideas for new drinks and seasonal specials

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• At least 1–2 years of bartending experience in a café, bar or restaurant preferred
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
• Friendly, confident and comfortable chatting with guests
• Organised, reliable and calm during busy periods
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Creative and curious, with a genuine interest in developing new drinks and working with unfamiliar ingredients

What we offer

• Salary: $2800 – $3800 per month
