QA Staff

1. Perform duties according to the department's work procedures.
2. Supervise the performance of subordinates to ensure that work follows the procedures of each activity.
3. Coordinate with other departments related to quality work.
4. Manage customer complaints.
5. Check final inspection documents before export.
6. Check and record operational data within the responsible section.
7. Prepare monthly operational reports for the section for supervisors.
8. Resolve problems on behalf of supervisors in cases where subordinates cannot make decisions.
9. Inform/communicate information, news, or various announcements of the company to subordinates.
10. Evaluate the performance of subordinates.
11. Teach/advise correct and safe work procedures to subordinates.
12. Support/perform work in accordance with the department's plan and the company's work plan.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
