Warehouse Team Leader (m/f/d)

The position is located in Bischofsheim near Mainz (industrial estate) and is to be filled full-time.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for leading a team, including personnel management and planning in outbound or inbound logistics

• You ensure optimal utilization of your employees (up to 50 people) in your shift

• The management and monitoring of the onboarding of new employees

• Together with Customer Service, you find solutions for reorders and error corrections

• You adjust and monitor the availability and utilization of delivery slots

• Ensuring compliance with work and safety regulations as well as delivery deadlines

• In cooperation with the Area Managers, you promote employees and support their growth

What you bring with you:

• A completed vocational training in the field of logistics, gastronomy, or retail, e.g., as a specialist for warehouse logistics, retail clerk, salesperson, etc., or alternatively relevant professional experience in a comparable environment, e.g., in production or in operational business

• Experience as a leader with teams of 30 or more people

• Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system from Monday to Saturday (5-day week between 0 and 22 o'clock)

• Strong communication skills as well as a proactive, well-organized, and stress-resistant approach

• You can handle key figures and create and evaluate them

• Fluent English skills; further language skills such as Russian or Romanian are an advantage
