• Recruitment from A to Z: You will independently oversee the complete recruitment process – your main focus will be operational and warehouse roles, but you will also encounter many other interesting positions.

• Partner for managers: For our Hiring Managers, you will be an equal advisor who guides them through the entire process and helps select the best people.

• Great candidate experience: We care about how candidates feel with us. You will create a human and professional recruitment experience and build the good reputation of the Rohlík brand.

• Space for your ideas: Bring your own perspective – we appreciate every tip for streamlining recruitment processes or tools.

How do we imagine you?

• You have experience in recruitment: You already have experience in recruitment (ideally also from a dynamic logistics/operations environment) and are proficient in modern sourcing methods and ATS systems.

• You can read people: You know how to evaluate not only expertise but also soft skills and whether a candidate will fit into our culture.

• You have a goal-oriented mindset: You are independent, know how to organize your time, setting priorities in a fast-paced environment is not a problem for you, and you follow things through to the end.

• You can communicate in English: You will actively use English for communication within the team and across Rohlík.
