Logistic Area Manager

For our newly emerging warehouse in Opatovice nad Labem near Hradec Králové, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Area Manager.

You have a unique chance to be there from day one. You will be the one to launch operations in Opatovice, breathe life into the warehouse, and build a functioning shift team. We are not looking for an office person, but a leader directly into the action on the floor. What awaits you with us?

• Team leadership on shift: You will have people under you, taking care of their motivation, work distribution, and coordination of the entire team.

• Monitoring results (KPIs): You will manage and improve key indicators – you will focus not only on team efficiency.

• Working with data: We manage operations smartly. You will monitor numbers, evaluate shift performance, and react to the current situation in real time.

• Process improvement: Noticed that something isn't working ideally? You will get the space to adjust and streamline internal processes.

• Communication across the warehouse: You will be in constant contact with other departments and managers to ensure the smooth running of the entire shift together.

• Shift operation: Work with us runs in a short/long week mode (12-hour shifts).

How do we imagine you?

• You have experience leading people: You know how to communicate with people, how to motivate them, and how to manage a larger team in a dynamic environment.

• Warehouse knowledge is a plus: If you are already familiar with warehouse processes, it will be a great advantage, but the most important thing for us is your approach to work.

• PC is not a problem for you: You can handle standard computer work, which is necessary for monitoring data and processes.

• You are reliable: You are responsible, dependable, and have the desire to continue developing professionally.

• Active English: English will be your regular work tool. You can speak, resolve work matters, and communicate clearly with colleagues.
