Strategic Buyer (m/f/d)

These tasks await you

• Achievement of purchasing goals through the implementation of suitable purchasing strategies within your own area of responsibility
• Product group focuses: raw materials, auxiliary and operating materials, commercial goods, packaging materials
• Selection and development of high-performance suppliers (sourcing), as well as their regular evaluation and further development regarding QKV (Quality-Cost-Availability)
• Creation of the prerequisites for optimal procurement processing and escalation levels in the event of deviations in supplier performance
• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of purchasing negotiations including master data maintenance
• Processing of order confirmations and invoices with price deviations
• Creation, negotiation, and conclusion of legally secure contracts
• Assumption of the lead-buy function for defined product groups within the Rösler-Gruppe
• Provision of current procurement market information for the Rösler-Gruppe
• Creation of reporting and accounting, including purchasing profit and loss
• KVP – regular improvement measures in processes, costs, and technologies

Your orange includes

• Completed studies or vocational training with corresponding additional qualification
• Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing with corresponding methodological know-how
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
• Good ERP knowledge, preferably SAP (Module MM)
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Taking responsibility for your own purchasing area
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Positive external representation in the sense of the Rösler mission and vision
