System Engineer Focus on Hardware Development

Tasks, Competencies, and Responsibility

• Creation, detailing, and maintenance of System Requirements
• Creation of system architectures
• Design of mechanical components
• Ensuring functional Requirements, System Safety, and quality Requirements during development, manufacturing, and integration
• Coordination of System Requirements, architecture, and interfaces with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Planning, controlling, and synchronization of the work of development, suppliers, and testing
• Reporting on deadlines, quality, and performance for development activities internally, at suppliers, as well as testing activities
• Execution of verification for subsystems, plant parts, and assemblies

Technical Requirements

• Completed studies in Elektrotechnik or Maschinenbau or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of Model-based Systems Engineering
• Experience in Requirements Engineering
• Confident handling of JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with PTC Creo, DOORS NG, as well as Enterprise Architect advantageous
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Good communication and moderation skills
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to travel
