Tasks:

Control and support of projects to ensure target, schedule, and quality specifications

Further development and application of uniform project management methods and standards

Creation of project, program, and portfolio reports for management

Analysis of project risks as well as initiation and follow-up of suitable measures

Consulting and supporting project managers as well as conducting training sessions

Selection, introduction, and support of project management tools and dashboards

Requirements:

Completed studies in a technical or business field or comparable qualification

Experience in project management or PMO environments

Proficient use of MS Office as well as common PM-Tools

Analytical and structured way of working

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders

Good written and spoken English skills
