Tasks, Competencies and Responsibility What to expect

• Support for the project management within the framework of course preparation and document creation, according to their specifications
• Organizational tasks within the framework of course organization
• Organizational support for course participants on-site in accordance with contractual framework conditions
• Addressing requirements to the project management within the framework of project control
• Interface between participants, instructors and the project manager - ensuring open communication
• Ensuring the smooth course progression on-site
• Systematic recording, documentation and forwarding of problems and optimization needs to the project manager
• Participation in planning: date coordination, resource overview (e.g. rooms, materials, equipment)
• Maintenance of organizational processes and participant documents, creation of status reports and checklists
• Support with logistics and travel planning for instructors or participants - nationwide or international travel

Professional Requirements What you bring

• Completed technical training, possibly further training as a Meister, or commercial/organizational training with a basic understanding of technical processes
• Very good organizational skills, strong communication and conflict resolution competence
• Resilience, flexibility, reliable implementation under time pressure
• High willingness to travel, driver's license for cars (Class B and higher)
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally with project management tools or SAP
• High sense of responsibility, own initiative and service orientation
• English in spoken and written form
• Ideally experience from a military environment - communication, structure and discipline as a plus
