Operations Manager

Manage daily operations of the steel pipe manufacturing facility.

Ensure production, quality, efficiency, cost, and delivery targets are achieved.

Oversee Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel Pipe production processes.

Monitor production KPIs, productivity, OEE, downtime, and scrap.

Ensure efficient use of raw materials, machinery, and manpower.

Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain.

Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste and production costs.

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Lead and motivate operations and production teams.

Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for management

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

8–10 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial operations.

3–5 years of experience in a managerial position.

Mandatory experience in Steel Pipe Manufacturing.

Experience in Carbon Steel and/or Stainless Steel Pipes is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Pipe Mill operations and manufacturing processes.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
