Technical Project Manager

You will join a progressive and rapidly growing industrial environment where technology, innovation, and collaboration are central.

• You manage and optimize the entire maintenance policy (budgets, processes, and planning)
• You analyze malfunctions and initiate improvement actions that have real impact
• You structure preventive and corrective maintenance and bring efficiency to it
• You lead technical projects from idea to implementation
• You manage the technical team across multiple sites and ensure clear direction
• You monitor safety, regulations, and risk management
• You work closely with production, QHSE, R&D, and supply chain
• You actively contribute ideas regarding innovation and process optimization

Who are you?

• You have a technical master's degree or equivalent experience
• You have at least 5 years of experience in technical management within an industrial environment
• You have experience with technical projects and managing external partners
• You have knowledge of maintenance systems, machine safety, and industrial installations
• You communicate fluently in French and English
• You are analytically strong and think in a solution-oriented manner
• You combine structure with a hands-on mentality
