How you make the difference

You ensure that quality is not limited to procedures but becomes visible in daily operations. You combine analysis, coordination, and follow-up to improve processes sustainably.

In practice, this means:

• You lead the Quality team of 4 employees and ensure clear priorities, follow-up, and development.
• You develop quality procedures, work instructions, and control plans and ensure they are correctly applied on the shop floor.
• You detect and analyze non-conformities and translate them into structural solutions.
• You manage complaints from internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers and ensure correct and timely follow-up.
• You initiate and guide corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor their effectiveness.
• You prepare for internal and external audits, guide them, and meticulously follow up on action points.
• You work together with suppliers to improve quality in the supply chain.
• You analyze KPIs and report insights to management, so that decisions are made based on evidence.
• You work closely with production and other departments to make processes more efficient and consistent.
• You increase quality awareness on the shop floor through coaching and clear communication.

Who belongs here

You are someone who brings structure, takes responsibility, and effectively implements improvements.

• You possess a technical master's degree or equivalent experience.
• You have at least 5 years of experience within a quality or engineering environment in industry.
• You have knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, and BRC.
• You communicate fluently in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• You think analytically and work in a structured manner, with attention to detail and overview.
• You can persuade people and bring them along in changes.
• You take initiative and feel responsible for the result.
• You know how to convert theory into practical and workable solutions.
