You will join a financially healthy and strongly growing company within the high-end interior and total furnishing sector. The organization realizes high-quality projects for private homes, commercial spaces, hospitality venues, and offices both domestically and abroad. Work is primarily carried out on commission from external architects spread across Belgium, supplemented by in-house interior advice via two in-house interior architects. Every project requires sharp preparation, strong material knowledge, and precise follow-up through to the finishing touches. The growth of recent years is the result of professional, punctual, and respectful collaboration with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors. Soon, the team will move to a larger new office, close to the center and the highway.

From construction plan to final settlement, you make the difference

As Estimator | Assistant Project Manager, you are an important link between preparation and execution. Thanks to your analysis, numerical insight, and technical accuracy, projects are correctly estimated, prepared, and followed up.

• You analyze new construction plans, specifications, and technical dossiers.
• You prepare quantity surveys where necessary.
• You organize site visits with the involved subcontractors.
• You request quotes for the works to be performed and compare them critically.
• You prepare complete calculations for turnkey projects.
• You support the project manager during execution where necessary.
• You contribute ideas regarding technical choices, materials, budget, and practical feasibility.
• You prepare the final settlement upon completion in consultation with the project manager.
• You maintain smooth collaboration with architects, suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues.

You recognize these qualities in yourself

You derive satisfaction from correct preparation and know that a strong project begins with a well-thought-out calculation. At the same time, you find it important to maintain a connection with the construction site and see how plans become reality step by step.

• You preferably possess a technical construction diploma, such as Bouwkunde, Architectuur or Interieurarchitectuur, or are equivalent through experience.
• You have experience within total renovation, finishing, or high-end interior projects, or you have a strong interest in projects with a high degree of finishing.
• You are numerically strong, administratively accurate, and organized.
• You can correctly interpret technical plans and know how to translate information into a realistic calculation.
• You possess sufficient material knowledge to critically assess quotes, quantity surveys, and technical choices.
• You maintain an overview when multiple dossiers are running simultaneously and like to work towards deadlines in a structured manner.
• You communicate clearly with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and colleagues.
• You have a basic knowledge of Frans and Engels.
