We at Roche in Penzberg – Greater Munich are the BIOTECH campus in the Roche Group with over 8,000 employees, and we are proud to represent the Research & Development as well as Operations business areas of Diagnostics and Pharmaceuticals at this location. Your Team

We are the Medical Services team in Penzberg and we see ourselves as a competence center for occupational medical and emergency medical care. With great commitment and passion, we drive innovative approaches within the framework of occupational health promotion to contribute significantly to our mission statement "doing now what patients need next". Our team - consisting of a Lead Physician of the Medical Services Penzberg, six specialist doctors for occupational medicine and other specialist disciplines, as well as approx. 10 medical and commercial assistants - looks forward to working with you and your dedicated support.

Your Tasks

• Do you want to roll up your sleeves and actively contribute? Then in your role, you will accompany all tasks according to §3 ASIG at the Medical Services. You will perform medical-technical examinations and independently and reliably take care of blood collection as part of the internal company blood donation under medical supervision. Support in the organization and implementation of measures for occupational health promotion rounds off your range of tasks.
• Are you experienced in First Aid and in emergencies? Then you will participate in the plant emergency service and occupy the ambulance as a responsible person according to the Rettungsdienstgesetz Bayern. In addition, you will support the care of acutely ill patients and accident care in the plant outpatient clinic.
• Do you enjoy working in an organized and structured environment? Then you will familiarize yourself with tasks for quality assurance according to the Medizinproduktegesetz and Medizinproduktebetreiberverordnung and take over the organizational tasks using the practice IT with playful ease.

Your Profile

For this responsible position, you are the best fit for us with the following qualifications:

• You have successfully completed training as a Notfallsanitäter (m/f/d)
• You bring several years of experience in emergency services and want to apply this with us
• You bring several years of experience in the occupational medical environment and want to apply this with us
• An open, sympathetic, and warm demeanor is natural to you
• Service orientation and customer satisfaction are not just nice buzzwords for you, but an incentive for your daily doing
• Due to your high resilience in treating emergencies and crisis intervention, you are not easily unsettled
• You look forward to working in the outpatient team and bring good communication skills with conflict resolution potential
• You take great pleasure in learning new things and bring the willingness to familiarize yourself with occupational medical topics and take them over as a core task in our team
• You can be relied upon at any time for your very good IT skills (Google, CGM ISIS-Med, Microsoft, etc.)
• Due to your at least basic knowledge of English, you will not easily unsettle international customers
• Close and good cooperation with colleagues is an essential source of energy for you
