BUTCHER (GENERAL)

Responsible in selecting, cutting and slicing of carcasses into wholesale and retail cuts and in providing quality meat products and service to customers

Qualifications/Requirements: -must possess at least a High School or Senior High School Diploma or an Associate Degree in any field -Preferably with at least 5 months experience in meat cutting and in operating bandsaw, grinder and slicer. -Must be customer service oriented
