Baker will be responsible for production (scaling, reading recipes, working efficiently in a small space) and baking: maintaining standards and time management

Able to work independently in a clean and organized manner

Able to start early mornings, 4:00-6:00

Experience with pastry is preferred

Having some bread experience is and asset.
