Mission After a training period in Paris Bercy (minimum 3 weeks), your missions will be to:

Drive and manage the overall operation of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient, and regulatory functioning in close collaboration with the chef and support functions.

Promote well-being at work.

Develop and support career paths within the organization.

Implement strategies to reach and exceed profitability objectives.

Supervise and continuously improve the customer experience.

Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, guaranteeing a clean and attractive environment.

Work in close collaboration with the operations management to ensure alignment of objectives and the implementation of strategic initiatives at the restaurant level.

Profile The winning combo:

In-depth knowledge of hosting, service, and dining room work, with a very high sense of customer service.

Ability to manage and engage a team.

Excellent presentation / availability.

Fluent English, Italian is a real plus.

Good manager.

The desire to build: autonomy, energy, and a taste for the field to succeed in an opening and grow a restaurant.
