Join a leading public sector regulatory body for an immediate interim contract running through to March. Acting as a dedicated Comms Business Partner, you will drive hands-on delivery and coordination across 9 transformation projects within a major change program.
Role:
- Function as a hands-on Comms Business Partner, coordinating and executing communication plans across 9 concurrent transformation projects.
- Provide detailed operational comms advice to project leads and senior stakeholders to ensure all activity fits together seamlessly.
- Manage internal change communications to support staff through new ways of working and operational updates.
- Deliver targeted external engagement activity, ensuring key governance stakeholders, members, and external audiences understand key changes.
- Work closely with senior comms leads to map out audience-specific delivery plans, key messaging, and campaign rollouts.
- Hit the ground running to maintain high-tempo delivery against tight program timelines and milestones.
About you:
- Proven track record as a hands-on Communications Business Partner with strong experience managing multi-project comms plans.
- Experience working within government, regulatory bodies, or complex public sector frameworks.
- Strong background managing both internal employee change comms and external stakeholder communications.
- Pragmatic "doer" mindset-focused on execution, coordination, and delivery rather than high-level strategic design.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable liaising with heads of department and operational project teams.
- Available to start immediately for an interim contract running until end of March.
