Paralegal | Financial Services Regulation I'm working on a fantastic new opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading London law firm within its Financial Services team.

Your tasks

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded team, supporting on a varied range of advisory and contentious matters while working closely with senior members of the team.

The role will involve

• Supporting on financial services regulatory advisory matters, including regulatory change and contentious matters.
• Preparing first drafts of legal advice and regulatory documentation.
• Assisting with FCA applications and related regulatory processes.
• Managing client communications and building strong client relationships.
• Taking ownership of matters and projects, working closely with lawyers across the team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have

• Around 3-4 years' experience in financial services regulation, ideally gained within a law firm or relevant in-house environment.
• Strong drafting skills and a sound understanding of regulatory advisory matters.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with clients.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage matters independently.
