Marketing Executive (12 months)
What you'll do:
As a Marketing Executive based in Singapore, you will be immersed in every aspect of the marketing mix for one of the region’s most cherished consumer brands. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan impactful campaigns that resonate across South-East Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. You will oversee financial management tasks related to advertising budgets while ensuring accuracy in processing PRs, POs, invoices—and timely payments. Managing packaging projects will require attention to detail as you coordinate artwork checks and keep stakeholders informed about progress. Social media management forms a key part of your role: you’ll work alongside agencies to create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok—and maintain vibrant brand websites. Premium development activities will see you partnering with Trade Marketing to certify gift-with-purchase mechanics while upholding brand guidelines. Market intelligence gathering will help inform campaign strategies as you analyse trends and competitor activity. You’ll also support business presentations by consolidating data from various sources—ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy. Success in this role means being proactive in communication with internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance) as well as external partners (creative agencies), demonstrating ownership over projects while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Plan, execute, and assess Power Brand marketing initiatives across South-East Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan to drive brand growth through both local creation and global toolkit roll-outs.
- Oversee financial activity management including creation of PRs, POs, invoices, and ensure accurate and timely payments within the A&P budget.
- Manage packaging and artwork documentation by adhering to timelines for multiple RDP/packaging projects throughout the year; conduct artwork checks and provide approvals as needed.
- Keep all stakeholders regularly updated on progress of packaging development projects and flag issues promptly to management teams.
- Coordinate inputs for new packaging guidelines, regulatory requirements, visuals, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Develop always-on social media content in collaboration with agencies; proactively manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok channels as well as brand websites.
- Lead premium/gift-with-purchase certification processes in partnership with Trade Marketing; ensure brand guidelines are respected across channel priorities.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders—including Region, PR, Legal, Supply Chain, Quality—to develop POSM materials and secure necessary approvals.
- Gather and analyse market intelligence including consumer trends and competitive information; support trend-jacking activities for enhanced brand positioning.
- Support ideation, implementation, and ownership of specific campaigns including consumer activation events (off-site or in-store), brand collaborations, KOL engagement for brand building.
- Prepare business and marketing presentations by working closely with relevant stakeholders for input or approval; consolidate media trackers ensuring timely delivery aligned with brand strategy.
- Lead external agency conversations regarding media management; discuss best practices with other brands/markets to continuously evolve activity grids.
What you bring:

Your academic background should feature a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required for this position.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing roles within consumer goods or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from inception through completion while delivering accurate work on time.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong time management skills; ability to multi-task effectively during periods of high demand from multiple stakeholders.
- Proven collaborative skills as a dependable team player who works well across functions such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Media—and more.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential for managing reports and presentations efficiently.
- Comfortable working amidst ambiguity; able to take responsibility proactively when faced with evolving priorities or unclear situations.
- Familiarity with Nielsen data analysis tools as well as SAP and Ariba systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
