About the company

Robert Walters is recruiting a Junior Account Manager to join a growing, established business, supporting key national accounts and helping drive long-term growth.

Your tasks

The opportunity Working closely with the Head of Key Accounts, you'll play a key role in managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities and ensuring clients receive an excellent level of service.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your account management skills, take ownership of your own accounts and progress towards a more commercially focused role.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Manage customer enquiries, orders and day-to-day account requirements.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, drive revenue and grow existing accounts.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance, analyse sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate pricing, product information and account reports.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, sales or a similar client focused role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commercial mindset with an interest in sales and business growth.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
