HR Advisor Part Time

A well-established privately owned organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its team in Alperton, West London. This is a broad generalist HR role offering the opportunity to partner closely with managers and employees across multiple locations, supporting the full employee lifecycle and providing practical HR guidance in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully onsite and will involve regular travel between company sites

Based in Alperton, West London, this is a part-time position working 25 hours per week across five days, making it ideal for someone seeking reduced hours while remaining in a hands-on HR role.

• £47,500 FTE salary, equivalent to approximately £31,700 for a 25-hour working week
• Part-time hours (25 hours per week, worked across 5 days)
• Based in Alperton, West London

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.
• Manage and advise on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management cases.
• Partner with managers to support probation reviews and employee development.
• Liaise with payroll and managers to ensure accurate employee administration.
• Support recruitment activity across the business.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.

About you:

• An experienced HR Advisor or HR Generalist with strong employee relations knowledge.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a varied workload.
• Experienced supporting managers across multiple departments or sites.
