Who You Will Work With Our client is a global financial services organisation providing specialist banking and financial markets solutions. Your tasks
- Coordinate all relocation, immigration and tax services for global employees
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for seamless assignments
- Ensure accurate data exchanges with Payroll and HR systems
- Oversee policy reviews and ensure best market practice
- Manage employee benefits queries and assist with annual renewals
- Prepare remuneration systems for year-end processes
- Handle invoice and purchase order processing for HR services
Requirements
- Proven experience in global mobility operations
- Knowledge of visas, relocation and immigration processes
- Strong Excel and HR systems proficiency
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management ability
- Professional services background preferred
