About our client:

Reporting to the Internal Sales Service Manager, your objective is to manage the entire customer portfolio management process, from offer to payment. The goal is thus to guarantee an optimal customer experience.

As such, your main missions are as follows:

• Register customer orders in SAP
• Process EDI orders
• Follow up on delivery programs
• Manage the relationship with internal factories located abroad
• Monitor and update delivery times
• Manage purchase orders with internal factories
• Negotiate lead times with factories
• Manage disputes and logistics claims

We are looking for a person who possesses:

• Operational English (internal factories and international customers)
• Mandatory mastery of SAP software
• Autonomy, involvement, organization, and rigor.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
• An analytical mind and the ability to be proactive.
