Fire Safety Manager
We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager to lead and oversee fire safety compliance across a large residential property portfolio.
Reporting into the Compliance & Safety function, you will ensure all fire safety activities, inspections, maintenance programmes and improvement works are delivered in line with current legislation and best practice.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager to lead and oversee fire safety compliance across a large residential property portfolio.
Reporting into the Compliance & Safety function, you will ensure all fire safety activities, inspections, maintenance programmes and improvement works are delivered in line with current legislation and best practice. You will also play a key role in the delivery of significant fire safety improvement projects and provide specialist technical advice across the housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of fire safety compliance across a diverse residential portfolio.
- Manage fire risk assessments, inspections and remedial action programmes.
- Oversee contractors delivering fire safety improvement works.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on fire engineering and fire safety matters.
- Monitor performance, compliance and risk across the estate.
- Manage and develop a Fire Safety Surveyor.
About You
- Proven experience in fire safety, building safety or compliance management.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulatory standards.
- Experience managing fire risk assessment programmes and associated works.
- Ability to manage contractors, budgets and multiple projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Relevant fire safety qualification(s) and a commitment to maintaining professional standards.
