Financial Controller, VP

Who You Will Work With Our client is a global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and design strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasizing long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges. What You'll Do Oversee monthly financial close for deferred compensation processes Lead complex decision-making processes and manage risk mitigation plans Deliver high-quality compensation analysis and forecasting for senior leadership Maintain strong internal controls and liaise with auditors and external vendors Champion process automation and contribute to system enhancements Partner with Finance Risk Leads and stakeholders to strengthen governance What You Bring Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with 8+ years' experience Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams Strong technical accounting knowledge, US GAAP and IFRS would be advantageous Strong financial reporting and financial control expertise Expertise in managing monthly financial close processes Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Alteryx or Power Query advantageous Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills What's Next If you are ready to take the next step, apply now!
