About our client:

Reporting to the Project Manager, your objective will be to lead the migration of the SAP software to another version.

You will therefore participate in change management and the digital transformation of the company. You will be an SAP expert referent for the purchasing / supply chain modules and will therefore be able to support internal users.

As such, here is an overview of your missions (non-exhaustive list):

• Participate in the SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA migration project
• Lead certain SAP modules or processes in connection with internal teams
• Participate in the various phases of the project: testing, launch, user training, and change management support
• Provide functional support to users on SAP-related topics
• Analyze problems encountered and propose suitable functional solutions
• Act as a KEY USER on several modules, notably P2S, O2C, I2O, and P2P
• Collect the needs of business teams and propose evolutions for SAP tools and processes
• Participate in the optimization and reliability of flows and data within the system
• Create and update user documentation (guides, procedures, training materials)
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to share best practices with Key Users

We are looking for a person who possesses:

• A good level of English, between B2 and C1 (international factories and internal employees)
• Mandatory mastery of SAP software
• Mandatory knowledge of the modules: P2S, O2C, I2O, P2P
• Autonomy, involvement, organization, and rigor
• An analytical mind and the ability to be proactive.
