Import / Export Coordinator M/F

We are recruiting an Import / Export Coordinator M/F on a permanent contract (CDI)!

The position is based in the 95 department, and you will work in the transport sector.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with remuneration between €42,000 and €50,000 gross annual depending on profile.

Reporting to the International Operations Manager, you will ensure the coordination of import and export flows and guarantee the smooth running of international transport operations.

In this capacity, your main missions will be:

• Coordinate import/export operations from end to end
• Organize air, sea, and road transport
• Ensure the tracking of shipments and deliveries
• Ensure the compliance of customs and regulatory documents
• Be the primary point of contact for freight forwarders, carriers, and customers
• Manage logistical contingencies and provide suitable solutions
• Control transport costs and supplier services
• Ensure the updating of data in the ERP
• Produce tracking indicators and activity reportsings

Participate in the continuous improvement of logistical processes

With a minimum of a Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in international trade, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. A fluent level of English is required for this position, as well as knowledge of import/export flows and regulations.
