The Role

You will advise a broad client base spanning both the public and private sectors, including major national and international organisations across industries such as technology, retail, manufacturing, energy, sport, education and the public sector. Your work will include: Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts Supporting complex outsourcing, supply chain and strategic projects Working with legal technology and AI-enabled tools and contributing to innovative delivery models and process improvements for clients You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with specialists across the wider business, including corporate, technology and innovation teams, giving you exposure to a breadth of work rarely found in traditional commercial practices.
