Commercial Litigation Solicitor (£400-£550 per day)

An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (£400-£550 per day) to join a growing UK business. This interim role offers exposure to commercial litigation, contracts, compliance and broader commercial legal matters. Working closely with senior stakeholders and external counsel, you'll enjoy significant autonomy and the chance to take ownership of a varied and high-impact workload from day one.

Job Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor (£400-£550 per day) Contract: 3 months (chance to be ongoing) Location: Nottingham Working Pattern: Hybrid Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Litigation Solicitor: Provide legal advice on commercial litigation, disputes and contentious matters

Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts and NDAs

Advise on client and subcontractor agreements

Support the business with compliance and wider commercial legal matters

Assist with private commercial and litigation matters alongside external counsel

Provide day-to-day legal advice across the business

Work closely with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships across the organisation

Manage a varied caseload independently and provide practical, commercially focused advice

Liaise with external solicitors and counsel where required

Essential Skills & Experience: Solicitor in England & Wales

Strong commercial litigation and contentious experience

Good commercial contracts experience

Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills

Confident working with senior stakeholders and external legal advisers

Able to work independently and manage a varied workload

Available to start at short notice.
