What You'll Do Oversee product governance across fund performance, risk, compliance, costs and client outcomes. Monitor fund health, addressing underperformance, scale concerns and fund closures. Manage Assessments of Value and Fund Value Assessments, tracking resulting actions. Support regulatory change through impact assessment, solution design and controlled implementation. Coordinate material fund changes, including benchmarks, fees, objectives and structural amendments. Partner with investment, distribution, marketing, operations, risk and legal teams. Support governance committees, cross-functional initiatives and continuous process improvements. What You Bring Relevant financial services experience within asset management, fund operations, governance or investment product oversight. Strong knowledge of investment products, funds and ETFs, ideally including UCITS and Irish-domiciled funds. Experience in product governance, fund oversight, risk controls or regulatory change. Understanding of Fund Board support, governance committees and board documentation. Strong analytical and research skills, with excellent attention to detail. Effective stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills. Degree or equivalent experience; CFA, IMC or another relevant qualification is desirable.
