We are recruiting a Sales Administration Assistant M/F!
The position is based in the 78 department, and you will work in the chemical products sector.
The position is available from early May until the end of December, with remuneration between €32,000 and €40,000 gross annual depending on profile.
As a Sales Administration Assistant M/F, your missions will be:
- Ensure that customer orders comply with company standards
- Follow up on customer relations
- Ensure that customer orders are correctly entered into SAP
- Check product availability and ensure liaison with the production, purchasing, and quality control departments
- Ensure compliance with credit control policies and the site's SHE policies
- Suggest potential improvements
- Handle customer complaints, resolve logistical complaints
With a minimum of a 2/3-year higher education degree in international trade / import-export, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. You are proficient in SAP and have an operational level of English.
