Reporting Officer

Your main responsibilities as a Reporting Officer:

• Manage, maintain and supervise the production of SFDR reports (pre-contractual and periodic).
• Ensure compliance with report production and distribution deadlines.
• Control the quality and accuracy of the reports produced.
• Identify potential issues, propose sustainable solutions and ensure their resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with reporting teams and other departments to implement new reports or improve existing processes.
• Apply a defined control framework to ensure production complies with high quality standards.
• Actively participate in resolving operational issues to ensure the continuity of daily activities.

Your profile:

• University degree in finance, economics or equivalent by experience.
• Good knowledge of financial products and their transactional workflows.
• Initial experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Good mastery of common IT tools (MS Office, Excel, VBA, SQL).
• Knowledge of a programming language is an additional asset.
• High precision and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
