Europe Treasury Manager

This position of European Treasury Manager offers you the opportunity to shape the treasury strategy, lead key financial initiatives, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Europe, while managing a talented regional team.

Your responsibilities

As European Treasury Manager, you are responsible for:

• Management of cash flow, liquidity, and treasury forecasting within Europe.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with banks, lenders, and credit insurers.
• Overseeing banking structures, financing facilities, guarantees, and treasury products.
• Optimizing working capital, credit management, collections, and financing solutions.
• Monitoring and mitigating financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and energy-related risks.
• Ensuring strong treasury governance, internal controls, and compliance.
• Supporting strategic financing, ERP, and treasury transformation projects.
• Leading, coaching, and developing the regional treasury team.
• Collaborating closely with the Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Procurement, Commercial, and Operations teams.

Your profile

• You hold a master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• You have at least 8 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking within an international environment.
• You have strong expertise in cash management, financing, banking relationships, and financial risk management.
• You are an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager with strong negotiation skills.
• You have experience with SAP and/or Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience within the food, agriculture, or agribusiness sector is a plus.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
