Senior Controller

Sr. Controller (M/V/X) - Bruges Region

For an international production group with activities in the automotive sector, Robert Half is looking for a Sr. Controller (M/V/X). The Belgian entity, located in the Bruges region, is part of a larger American group and is facing a strategic transition moment. You will play a key role in this.

What will you do?

You report to the CFO and lead a team of 4 people. You are the financial business partner for management and the operational departments.

• You coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
• You prepare forecast, budget, and AOP processes
• You analyze deviations compared to budget and forecast
• You develop and maintain costing and calculation models
• You support production and supply chain with financial insights
• You report according to US GAAP and corporate guidelines
• You are the point of contact for audits and internal stakeholders
• You actively take ownership of process improvements within finance

Who are you?

• Master's degree in a financial or economic field
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a production or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of costing, forecasting, and budgeting
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Familiar with ERP systems
• Good Excel skills
• Proactive, analytical, and not afraid to take ownership
• Stress-resistant: you switch smoothly between operational tasks and strategic projects
