Sales Planning Analyst

Robert Half is looking for a Sales Planning Analyst (m/f/x) for a client in Vilvoorde.

Our client is an international player active within a technically oriented environment with a strong focus on supply chain, planning, and operational excellence. For a project of approximately five months, they are looking for an analytical professional to support the Sales Planning team during a replacement period. You will join a dynamic, European environment where data-driven decision-making is central.

Your responsibilities

• You prepare periodic reports regarding sales, orders, and forecasts.
• You analyze commercial and operational data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities.
• You support the forecast process by collecting and processing market information, performance, and economic indicators.
• You collect, consolidate, and validate forecast data from various European branches.
• You prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management meetings.
• You monitor consignment stock and support the central reporting thereof within Europe.
• You prepare reports regarding lead times and inventory levels.
• You provide margin information to support price requests and commercial campaigns.
• You ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of recurring reports.
• You work closely with internal stakeholders and international teams.

You recognize yourself in the following

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
• You have a strong affinity with data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• You work fluently with Excel and have experience with PowerPoint and BI-tools.
• You are able to accurately process and interpret large amounts of data.
• You communicate complex information in a clear and structured manner.
• You speak and write English fluently; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
• You are proactive, independent, and result-oriented.
• You are flexible and feel comfortable in an international and changing environment.
• You make decisions based on facts and analyses.
