Recruitment Manager

Role: Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Recruitment Manager for a 6 month Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

Talent strategy & workforce planning Recruitment process optimisation ATS selection & implementation Using AI across talent acquisition and recruitment EDI considerations Understanding the legal & ethical implications of AI in recruitment Improving the overall candidate and hiring-manager experience

Profile: The successful temporary, Recruitment Manager will have at least 5 years experience working within Talent and will be very AI fluent.

You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Client: Our client is an AI Think Tank, based in Westminster. You will work 2 days per week from their office and 3 days from home.

Salary & Benefits: This immediate, temporary Recruitment Manager role will be paying circa £350 - £400 per day. This is dependant on experience.
