Order Management Specialist

About the company

For an international player within the medical sector, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist (M/F/X). You will join a close-knit EMEA team where collaboration, initiative, and responsibility are central. There is a strong emphasis on training, making both experienced candidates and ambitious starters welcome.

Your tasks

Your challenge As an Order Management Specialist (M/F/X), you will ensure that customer orders are processed and followed up on correctly, timely, and efficiently.

• ✅ Processing and following up on international customer orders;
• ✅ Checking and completing order and customer data;
• ✅ Planning, releasing, and coordinating orders;
• ✅ Monitoring delivery times, SLAs, and order flows;
• ✅ Collaborating with Sales, Credit Control, and Supply Chain;
• ✅ Resolving delays, escalations, and operational questions;
• ✅ Analyzing data and supporting reporting;
• ✅ Identifying and implementing process improvements.

Your profile

• ✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience;
• ✔ Initial experience within order management, supply chain, logistics, or administration is an asset. Strong recent graduates are also considered;
• ✔ You possess excellent knowledge of English and use the language fluently on a daily basis in your contacts with colleagues within an international working environment;
• ✔ All other languages are a plus;
• ✔ You work fluently with Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP);
• ✔ You are administratively strong, accurate, and solution-oriented;
• ✔ You take ownership and dare to take initiative;
• ✔ You learn quickly and feel comfortable in an environment with changing priorities;
• ✔ You remain calm and work in a structured manner when pressure increases.
