Logistics Support Associate

For an international and dynamic organization in the Aalst region, Robert Half is looking for a Logistics Support Associate (m/f/x).

Your role & responsibilities

As a Logistics Support Associate, you support the daily operations of the logistics team and ensure that operational processes are correctly followed.

• You provide administrative support to the logistics team;
• You follow up on operational tasks, including creating orders, monitoring transports and deliveries, and reconciling inventory data;
• You maintain contact with internal departments and external logistics partners;
• You prepare reports and monitor operational KPIs and performance;
• You process data accurately in various systems;
• You support projects regarding process improvement and documentation;
• You contribute to efficient and high-quality logistics services.

Your profile

• You have initial experience in an administrative, logistics, or supply chain environment, or you are a motivated recent graduate with a strong interest in logistics;
• You work extremely accurately and have an eye for detail;
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with various stakeholders;
• You can work independently and maintain an overview when multiple priorities converge;
• You have a good knowledge of Excel and work fluently with data files;
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AS400 is a plus;
• You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus, but not a requirement;
• You possess an analytical mindset and are eager to learn.
