Join Our Team We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional seeking a flexible, part-time role where they can make a real impact. You'll work closely with leadership and employees across the business, providing practical HR support and helping ensure people processes run smoothly and effectively. The Role As HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of generalist HR support, including: Advising managers and employees on HR policies and procedures Managing employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary and grievance cases Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities Maintaining and updating HR records and documentation Assisting with performance management processes Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives Ensuring HR practices remain compliant with current UK employment legislation Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives About You We're looking for someone who: Has proven UK HR experience in a generalist HR role Is confident managing employee relations cases independently Has a sound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices Is organised, professional and able to manage competing priorities Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively at all levels Takes a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach CIPD qualification is not essential. We are primarily looking for someone with the right experience, knowledge and approach.
