Role Audit employee records in Workday, identifying and correcting inaccuracies, duplicates and missing data Run and review Workday reports to flag inconsistencies against HR policies and data standards Liaise with HR and People teams to resolve queries and keep records up to date Document findings and track progress, providing regular updates on data quality improvements
Profile A detail-oriented HRIS Data Coordinator with hands-on Workday experience, spanning data auditing, record maintenance, and HR reporting. Proven at building strong working relationships with HR, People, and wider business teams to keep employee data accurate, consistent, and compliant. Skilled in identifying and resolving data discrepancies, running reports against defined standards, and documenting findings clearly, all while delivering to tight deadlines in fast-paced, project-driven environments.

Rate This Workday HRIS Data Coordinator role offers circa £20-£25 per hour depending on experience. This is a 3-month contract. Please note: applicants must be UK-based and available to work 3-5 days per week in the Mayfair office.
