Finance Director, EMEA Swansea / Hybrid | £130,000 - £150,000 + circa 25% bonus + excellent benefits Only 2 days per month required in the Swansea office Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a growing international organisation to recruit a Finance Director, EMEA . Reporting directly to the CFO, with a dotted line to the EMEA Managing Director, this is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for financial leadership, reporting, planning, compliance and controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions throughout EMEA. The business is continuing to grow internationally and requires an experienced finance leader who can bring technical strength, structure and governance , while remaining commercially focused and hands-on. The successful individual will also play an important role in shaping the future EMEA finance structure and capability. The Role Key responsibilities will include: Leading financial reporting, planning and governance across EMEA Owning regional budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Providing financial insight, challenge and recommendations to senior leadership Overseeing financial and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions Managing regional tax, VAT, regulatory compliance, controls and governance Supporting the establishment and ongoing management of international entities Providing oversight of transfer pricing and international tax Partnering with global/shared-service teams across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Billing and Tax Supporting regional growth initiatives and strategic projects Driving continuous improvement and finance transformation Supporting future ERP transformation and implementation Leading and developing the regional finance team and shaping its future capability The Person We are looking for an established senior finance professional who can demonstrate: Professional accounting qualification, ideally CIMA or equivalent Significant EMEA/multi-entity finance leadership experience Experience setting up and managing international legal entities, ideally including Germany and France Strong technical accounting expertise Financial, management and statutory reporting experience across multiple jurisdictions Knowledge of international tax, VAT and transfer pricing Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience Experience working within a large, global or matrix organisation Strong controls, governance and risk management expertise Experience partnering with global/shared-service finance teams Proven leadership and development of finance professionals Excellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills A commercial, adaptable and genuinely hands-on approach Finance transformation and ERP experience would be advantageous Experience within cybersecurity, education or training would be beneficial but is not essential.
