Treasurer M/F

Your role as a Treasurer M/F will be to manage and optimize the Group's treasury.

Missions

Manage treasury & cash forecasting

• Develop and monitor short and medium-term cash forecasts
• Daily monitoring of cash positions and bank flows
• Manage inflows and outflows
• Optimize the Group's liquidity

Optimize cash management & WCR

• Optimize working capital requirement (WCR)
• Monitor customer and supplier payment terms
• Implement monitoring indicators for cash and WCR
• Structure and deploy Group cash pooling

Administer and optimize tools & systems

• Administer, optimize, and configure the TMS Kyriba, currently deployed but still needing optimization
• Ensure the reliability and automation of cash flows
• Continuously improve processes and reporting

Develop banking relationships

• Manage and maintain relationships with banking partners
• Negotiate and optimize the Group's banking conditions

Manage international flows

• Manage multi-currency flows
• Monitor foreign exchange exposure
• Define and implement appropriate hedging policies if necessary

Control and secure flows

• Implement internal control procedures for cash flows
• Secure payment and validation circuits
• Contribute to the management of financial risks

Candidate Profile

• You hold a higher education degree in finance (Master's degree/BAC+5) and have at least 10 years of experience in treasury, ideally acquired in an international and high-growth environment.
• You are proficient in the TMS Kyriba and the ERP SAP and possess solid expertise in cash forecasting, cash pooling, and WCR management.
• You have a good understanding of banking mechanisms and experience with multi-currency flows as well as foreign exchange risk management.
• Professional English.

Conditions and Benefits

Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 Gross Annual
