SAP IT Support Technician - Fluent English M/F

Your role will be to ensure the interface between business users and technical teams in order to guarantee service continuity.

Missions Reporting to the Information Systems department, your main missions will be:

• Collect and analyze the needs expressed by users.
• Coordinate incident management and maintenance operations.
• Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate and perform testing of new applications and evolutions of existing tools.
• Ensure the validation of deployed solutions and support users in their adoption.

Candidate Profile

• You have a higher education background in IT or information systems and have initial experience in a similar position.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of SAP WMS, WCS and ProX4 environments.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructures (networks, servers).
• Very good mastery of Microsoft Office office tools.
• Knowledge of the logistics and transport sector is appreciated.

Languages

• Good level of English, both spoken and written (regular exchanges with international collaborators).

Conditions and Benefits Salary: €42,000 - €55,000 Gross Annual, depending on profile and experience Conditions: 35 hours per week Hours:

• Start of day: between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM
• End of day: between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM
