Staffing Manager Operational English M/F

Your role, as a Staffing Manager M/F, will be to assign consultants to the missions sold by the Partners

Missions

Position consultants on missions

• Analyze specifications (type of mission, sector, skills) and propose the most suitable consultants to the Partners based on availability.

Ensure visibility and planning for the teams

• Develop and communicate to the Partners the projection of available teams and manage the mission backward scheduling.

Produce and monitor staffing indicators

• Update Excel dashboards (Pivot Tables) and PPT presentations with KPIs: staffing rate per consultant, per office, and per sector; ensure regular quarterly reporting.

Manage relationships with top management and Partners

• Interact daily with senior profiles, sometimes under pressure, demonstrating professional posture, pedagogy, and a proactive approach (alternative solutions when no consultant is available).

Continuously optimize resource allocation

• Arbitrate in real time between requests, priorities, and constraints ("Tetris game"), while remaining proactive, reactive, and solution-oriented, especially during rush periods.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or as a former strategy consultant
• Operational English proficiency
• Very good interpersonal skills, diplomacy, good communication, organized and autonomous, solution and business-oriented
• Comfortable with tools such as Excel, PPT

Conditions and Benefits

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 Gross Annual depending on profile
