Your role will be to guarantee the reliability of financial information, accounting and tax compliance, and to structure financial management.

You will guarantee the reliability of financial information, accounting and tax compliance, and you will structure financial management (reporting, controlling, treasury) in service of the founders and the shareholder.

The position reports directly to the founders, with management of an apprentice accountant and close collaboration with the accounting firm and external advisors.

Your main missions

• Manage general accounting and monthly closings to guarantee reliable and compliant accounts.
• Produce and ensure the reliability of monthly reporting (activity, margins, treasury) for the founders and the shareholder.
• Implement and develop management control tools (dashboards, performance indicators) to inform decisions.
• Monitor treasury, develop forecasts, and anticipate financing needs or cash tension risks.
• Manage tax declarations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory deadlines.
• Supervise and support the apprentice accountant and manage the relationship with the expert-comptable, CAC, and external advisors.

Candidate Profile

The essentials

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or management (Master's degree or equivalent).
• Proven experience in an accounting manager / chief accountant / RAF position in an SME, or in an accounting firm with strong SME exposure.
• Solid mastery of accounting, tax, and treasury fundamentals, with the ability to produce reliable reporting and structure operational management control.
• Operational English in writing and speaking.
• Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and good interpersonal skills with various stakeholders (management, teams, external partners).

The assets

• First experience in structuring finance/admin processes in a growing company.
• Interest in the digitalization of management tools (ERP, dashboards, automation).
• Sensitivity to external growth issues (due diligence, integration).
