Your role will be to lead a first strategic project for the global deployment of an APS solution.
Missions
Depending on the projects, you may be required to:
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects, from needs definition to international deployment
- Take charge of APS, Supply Chain, ERP, PLM projects or other structuring programs
- Coordinate business, IT teams and external partners across several countries
- Translate business challenges into concrete and pragmatic solutions
- Unify stakeholders of different levels and functions around common objectives
- Structure governance, planning, risks, budgets and deliverables
- Support change management and the adoption of new solutions/processes
- Identify synergies between different transformation programs
- Short-term team management
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 to 10 years in Supply Chain, IT or transformation project management
- Experience in digital transformation projects in an industrial environment
- Experience in managing international and cross-functional projects
- Strong ability to unify business teams, IT and external partners
- Experience in direct and/or functional management is essential
- Comfortable in matrix organizations and complex environments
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of APS solutions (Kinaxis, FuturMaster, Blue Yonder, PlanetTogether.) is a plus, but the ability to lead transformation and complex projects is more important than knowledge of a specific tool
Conditions and Benefits
