Experienced Paralegal M/F
Your role will be to act as a true operational referent on matters of corporate life and governance.
Missions
- Ensure the day-to-day legal follow-up of a portfolio of Group companies
- Prepare Board of Directors meetings, General Meetings, and minutes
- Ensure the follow-up of corporate mandates, powers, and delegations
- Perform legal formalities and ensure the update of registers and Kbis
- Prepare and follow up on legal and corporate documentation
- Participate in the follow-up of NDAs, contracts, and signatures
- Ensure the follow-up of deadlines and regulatory obligations
- Participate in the governance follow-up of a listed company
- Coordinate exchanges with lawyers, advisors, and external service providers
- Occasionally participate in M&A and restructuring operations
The position is particularly suited to a profile wishing to evolve in an environment where versatility, autonomy, and rigor are essential.

Candidate Profile
- Higher education in law, BAC+3/5
- First significant experience as a Corporate Paralegal, in company law, or legal secretarial work
- Good mastery of governance and corporate life issues
- Experience with AG, boards, minutes, and legal formalities
- Organization, rigor, and autonomy.
- Very good writing skills
- Professional English
- Mastery of Pack Office
- Knowledge of the listed companies environment is an asset.
Conditions and Benefits
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 Gross Annual
