The Company

Our Client, one of the leading high-net-worth insurers, helps individuals and businesses build a financially secure future through trusted insurance, pension, and investment solutions. Currently they are expanding their team, in search of a Policy Services (HNW), Senior Executive.

The Role

• Provide high-quality operational support and service to internal departments, intermediaries, and clients.
• Process new insurance applications and policy servicing requests, including due diligence checks such as name screening, public domain searches, AMU/KYC checks, and remediation activities to understand and justify customers’ Source of Wealth (SOW).
• Perform accurate data entry for insurance applications and post-sales transactions.
• Liaise with custodian banks on account openings and related account matters.
• Manage the Customer Service mailbox and respond promptly to various correspondence, including faxes, letters, and emails, as well as handle compliant correspondence and resolutions.
• Review client documentation to ensure completeness and support appropriate risk assessment.
• Handle enquiries relating to insurance products and services from internal departments, intermediaries, and clients.
• Prepare management reports and provide relevant administrative support.
• Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as required.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years in policy servicing in the insurance industry, preferably with a High-Net-Worth insurance provider
• Past working experience with High-Net-Worth (HNW) Clients
• Good Technical CDD/ AML knowledge will be an added advantage
• An independent and detailed-oriented team player who works well with its stakeholders
